The company has formed 5 series of products: Copper capillary series, Copper pressfit series, AC copper pipe fittings, Valve, cards and thread brass fittings. All the series of product not only to meet the customer’s requirements for the national standard CJ/T-2000, the British standard BS864-2, the American Standard ASME B16.22-1995, the European standard EN1254-2 , but also to accept all kinds of non – standard fittings based on the special needs.
The products of ZheJiang n pipeline are certified by ISO9001 international quality system certification and AS 3688 Australia standard. The production process of raw materials inspection, raw material processing, annealing process, product quality inspection and finished packaging are strictly carried out according to Australian standards. Under constant demands and improvements, ZheJiang n has achieved the forefront of the industry in the following aspects.
Rw material control. First, each batch of raw materials must be supplied with certificate of qualification and material element certificate. In accordance with the supplier’s material sheet, the material is promptly notified to the responsible personnel of the material inspection, and the sample is inspecting. the unqualified raw materials will not be accepted. Second, the raw material, due to the change of the internal crystal after the forging process, we will test the rough after the forging in the lab. Third, because of the special use requirements of some products, such as the sealing product and the pressfit product, third times of stress need to be carried out, so the material composition is tested for third times. To ensure that the raw materials of the final product are qualified.
Annealing process is a important step in the processing of products. Better annealing process can greatly improve the durability and safety of products. Our annealing process is carried out in strict accordance with Australian standards, and the products are annealed at stages. For example, the crystal will change and reorganize when the brass material is heated to a certain temperature, so the temperature control is critical, and the dezine resistance of the material can not be damaged. The DZR brass (Dezincification resistance of brass) exported to Australia is strictly implemented in accordance with the Australian standards. Our annealing process can greatly improve the corrosion resistance and dezine resistance of the products. The product meets the requirements of environmental protection, and can be widely used in various sanitary products and direct drinking water projects, so as to ensure the pure and health of drinking water.
The quality control in the production process. First: the rough is checked by the inspector. The staff will measure the accuracy according to the drawing, and all the testing tools are imported from Australia. Second: inspectors carry out uninterrupted inspection of each product being produced. The packaging workshop tests the appearance and size of each product; third, the final product is checked, each product size must conform to the AS3688 drawing standard, and the quality inspection personnel record the product data of the test. In addition, for products that need to be tested for pressure, the inspectors will be able to test the airtightness or water tightness of each product professionally to ensure that each product reaches the pressure standard.
Finally, in the packaging, especially in the export, we use a more CZPT packaging, we use small boxes to pack the products, and then put small boxes in large boxes, double packing to ensure the safety of the product, reduce the transport process damage to the product.
